I joined the Walking for Pleasure group today. Based in Forster but people from both towns are members.
Today was an easy walk even though it included quite a few steps and hills.
All walkers were seniors-it is well run and designed to keep seniors active. It is part of the NSW dept of sport & recreation.
Today we started at Pebbly Beach, then via some streets out to One Mile Beach, up stairs to Bennetts Head and back to Pebbly Beach. The views fro Bennetts Head are terrific and whales were spotted a fair way out. Communal lunch at Pebbly Beach finished the day.
I really enjoyed the walk and the company.
